Communications & Public Engagement Department 

The Communications and Public Engagement department is responsible for providing support services to the citizens of Roanoke, visitors, and other City of Roanoke departments. The department oversees Citywide communications, public information and marketing. Press and media inquires can be submitted to the Communications and Public engagement Officer. The Communications and Public Engagement staff report to the Roanoke City Manager.
