Warrant Collection Procedures
The City of Roanoke has reported your warrant(s) to the State Omnibase System - which enables the Department of Public Safety (DPS) to deny renewal of your driver's license until you have paid your warrants, and Linebarger, Goggan, Blair & Sampson, LLP, a collection agency, has been authorized by the City of Roanoke to pursue warrants 60 days past due which will incur a 30% fee included to your citation. Additionally, your warrant will be entered into the regional computer database, which will make the defendant subject to arrest by any peace officer in the State of Texas.
Contact the Roanoke Municipal Court for further options by calling 817-491-0813.
