The Human Resources Division is responsible for effectively administrating city employment policies, staffing, employment relations, compensation and benefits, evaluations, and compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.

Utility Billing
The Utility Billing Division is responsible for setting up accounts, monthly billing, creating work orders for changes in services, and the recording of payments. Utility Billing answers inquiries from customers and provide accurate and timely billings, while ensuring a positive attitude toward visitors and residents.

Information Technology
The Information Technology Division is responsible for the operation of the city's electronic data and communication systems. The responsibilities include designing, maintaining and supporting use of all:
